These terms explain what’s included in your plan, how payments work, and what happens if you want to pause or cancel. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.

Getting Started

To begin your project, an initial payment is required. This payment activates your website build and confirms your place in our project queue. We’ll start work once payment is received.

Monthly Payments

All subscription plans are billed monthly. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. If payment is not made within this time, your website may be temporarily paused until your account is up to date. You’ll always receive reminders before any action is taken.

Cancellations

You’re free to cancel your plan at any time—no lock-in contracts here. Just let us know before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. We’ll confirm your cancellation and remove your site when your billing cycle ends.

Pausing Your Website

If you need to take a break, you can pause your subscription. While your site will go offline during this time, we’ll keep your files and design safe. When you’re ready to return, we’ll get things back up and running quickly.

What’s Included

Each plan includes what’s outlined on our pricing page. If you need extra design work, custom features, or a full branding project, we’re happy to help—these will be quoted separately and billed as a one-time project.

Content & Updates

You can request reasonable changes to your site—like pricing updates, service info, or wording tweaks—by contacting us directly. We’ll take care of the updates for you. Most small changes are included in your monthly fee. Larger changes or full redesigns aren’t included but can be quoted separately. We’ll always check with you first.

Ownership & Access

All content you provide—like your words, images, and logos—are yours to keep. The website itself is part of your subscription with us, which means it stays active while your plan is active. If you ever cancel, you’re welcome to take your content with you, and we’ll help guide you through what can be transferred. Some parts of the site—like our systems, structure, and setup—are proprietary and not included outside the subscription.

Support

We’re here to help. You can reach us anytime with questions, feedback, or update requests. While we don’t offer 24/7 support, we aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

Changes to These Terms

We may occasionally update these terms to reflect changes in our services or pricing. When we do, we’ll let you know in advance so you’re always in the loop.
